Non-invasive treatment of vascular lesions lies in raising the blood temperature high enough to damage the vessel wall in a split second, but without damaging the epidermis and the surrounding tissue.
Effective treatment requires an individual light source, and an adequate pulse parameters selection each time.
Diode laser is much stronger, more effective, safer and more precise than the
Q-switch laser. What is more, it does not cause discoloration of the skin.
Results of the treatment can often be seen right after the procedure, however, closing of some blood vessels might be visible after 14-30 days, when the closed vessels are fully absorbed by the organism.
Usually, with small vessels 1 treatment is enough.
The final number of treatments and their effects depend on: the amount of the capillaries, their size, color, depth and location. With extensive vessel problems, up to three treatments are carried out at approx. 6 weeks intervals.
